Chapter 3 - Gypsy Lou Speaks

“Mierda!” laughed Gypsy Lou. “I can see why you waited until after the chilum to tell us that one.”

“What?” Kifkef cried in dismay. “You mean you can believe that a whole tribe of people talk by kissing but not that we once all had tails? Feel the bottom of your spine. Is there not a long piece of bone from where they used to be?”

“You may have strange things growing out of your asshole, you stinking syphilitic. But my backside is an unblemished piece of beauty you will never have occasion to see.”

“Although I have the pictures in a magazine.” Kifkef whispered to the sadhu.

“And if you’ll now both shut the fuck up,” Lou continued with a glare, “I will tell you a real story.” Her bracelets jangled as she tied back her auburn hair and her dark, smoking eyes flicked between their faces as she spoke; her full red lips alternately inviting and cruel.
