Rumi's Sufi Stories

Sufism is the mystical branch of Islam and whereas it's known for dance (the whirling dervishes) and even its ascetic activities of men who put swords through their sides, the Sufi stories and poetry is what survives today and touches a world audience.

Here are a few stories from the Sufi Poet, Rumi, best translated by Coleman Barks but the following are from memory.
